Shadi Strand

Shadi is a Holistic Birth Doula and Prenatal Movement Specialist certified in the Body Ready Method® and Spinning Babies® techniques.

She focuses on optimizing fetal positioning and pelvic balancing to help mothers achieve a more functional and informed birth experience. With a deep belief in the body’s natural wisdom, Shadi integrates breathwork and pelvic mobility to foster a sense of calm and community at Adrouny Village Wellness. Outside the studio, she is a passionate advocate for maternal health and holistic wellness at ShadiStrand.com.

Debbie Carpenter

Debbie is a Certified Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist with over 13 years of experience in fitness management and perinatal massage therapy.

As a mother of two, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and deep compassion to the Labor Lounge, helping women build the physical resilience and confidence needed for pregnancy and beyond. An avid hiker and world traveler, Debbie is dedicated to empowering women through every stage of their maternal journey with evidence-based prenatal fitness and strength training.
