Meet Liz — Owner of Fit4Mom in Campbell, CA
Prenatal and postnatal certified. Fit4Mom franchise owner. Mom of three, including twins.
Liz opened Fit4Mom Campbell in 2024. Not because it made sense on paper. Because she had twins, watched them turn one, and decided,
“If I can do this, I can do anything.”
She spent years in a corporate career before becoming a mom. After her oldest was born during COVID, she stepped away, found her way back to fitness, and never looked back. She chose Fit4Mom because she wanted movement that included her kids, not competed with them.
Now she builds community for families across the South Bay. Real moms, real fitness, real support. Rooting each other on is not optional in her classes. It is the whole point.

Fit4Baby is a 60-minute prenatal strength class designed for all mamas-to-be, no matter your trimester. Every workout includes strength, mobility, and core work with focused pelvic floor and 360 breathing education. You end with a guided meditation and time to connect with other expecting parents in the South Bay who have the same questions you do.
Whether you are 8 weeks or 35 weeks, this pregnancy workout meets you exactly where you are today.

Cardio, strength, and HIIT for moms in the South Bay
Body Boost combines strength, core, and high-intensity interval training into 60 minutes that leave you refreshed and recharged. More cardio than Body Ignite. Great for nights when you have energy to burn and want to push a little harder.
You will leave this one with something to feel good about all week.

Yes. Every Fit4Mom class is prenatal safe, no matter your trimester. All instructors are prenatal and postnatal certified with extensive training in diastasis recti and pelvic floor. Modifications are always available. We recommend medical clearance from your provider before starting any new exercise program during pregnancy.

Fit4Baby is designed for all mamas-to-be, no matter your trimester. Many people start around 8 to 12 weeks. Others join at 25 weeks or later. Every workout is designed to support your changing body at every stage.

Body Ignite on Tuesdays is a strength and core focused workout. Body Boost on Thursdays adds high-intensity intervals for more of a cardio push. Both are prenatal safe and welcome all levels. If you have a health condition where high-intensity cardio is not right for you, Body Ignite is the better fit.

Yes. Stroller-based classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are designed to bring baby along. You can baby wear or use a stroller. Indoor evening classes are kid-free so you can take real time for yourself.
