Sarah Milosovich
Mother and Entrepreneur
-
Sarah has built a career rooted in creativity, connection, and community. She has worked with leading brands such as SoulCycle, Barry’s Bootcamp, and Lululemon as an instructor and ambassador, while also bringing her eye for aesthetics to luxury retail spaces in the fashion industry through visual merchandising and design, which helped blossom her career in real estate.
After navigating her own journey with infertility, IVF, and loss, Sarah turned her pain into purpose, founding Ma & Moi, a local mom-and-baby group created to support and connect mothers in meaningful, lasting ways. Drawing on her passion for wellness and community, she continues to foster spaces where women feel seen, supported, connected, and empowered.

The goal for this class is to create a welcoming community where pregnant women can come together, connect, and have a space to share their experiences. This will be a place where they can talk openly about pregnancy, expectations about motherhood, and build a supportive network. Each session will have a discussion topic, followed by time for participants to chat, mingle, and exchange of information.

Peri/Menopause
Sylvie Barak
Certified Sexological Bodyworker & Pelvic Health Expert
-
Sylvie Barak is a certified Sexological Bodyworker and pelvic health expert who supports women and couples through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with a holistic, body-based approach to healing, intimacy, and recovery.
Using hands-on and, when appropriate, internal techniques, Sylvie helps clients reconnect with their bodies, relieve pain, restore pleasure, and reclaim their sense of self, especially after the profound physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and birth.
Her work combines trauma-informed touch, nervous system regulation, and advanced pelvic care techniques to address:
Painful or disconnected sex postpartum
Internal scar tissue and perineal trauma
Swelling and lymphatic issues after birth
Pelvic floor tension, dysfunction, or prolapse
Hormonal imbalance and postpartum depletion
Emotional numbness, resentment, or loss of libido
Relationship strain and loss of intimacy between partners
Sylvie is one of the few practitioners trained in the STREAM approach, which treats the four core domains of pelvic health:
Biochemistry (nutrition, hormones, inflammation)
Biomechanics (structure, movement, alignment)
Scar tissue (internal or external, including from tears, episiotomy, or cesarean)
Emotions (stored trauma, fear, birth-related overwhelm)
She is also a Certified Lactation Educator, GentleBirth Hypnosis Instructor, DONA-trained birth doula, and has additional training in NeuroAffective Touch and somatic trauma resolution.
In addition to her bodywork with birthing women, Sylvie works with couples—teaching partners how to offer therapeutic and sensual touch that supports healing while deepening connection. Whether helping a woman prepare for birth with internal pelvic mapping and perineal massage, or guiding a couple through the tender process of rediscovering intimacy postpartum, Sylvie’s work is always respectful, evidence-based, and deeply empowering.
For those navigating pregnancy or postpartum and feeling depleted, disconnected, or unsure how to bring intimacy back into their lives, Sylvie offers an integrated, evidence-based path forward—supporting the body, relationship, and emotional well-being.

Menopause rewires every system in your body, but nobody taught you how to work with the new operating system. While everyone else whispers about hot flashes, we're going to talk about what's really happening: why your metabolism betrayed you, why sleep became impossible, why your libido has tanked, and how pleasure fundamentally changed in your body. This is not just another symptom management course.
