In this 90-minute weekly session, you’ll find space to talk openly about postpartum adjustment, identity shifts, sleep challenges, partner relationships, and maternal mental health, while also receiving personalized breastfeeding support from a licensed lactation therapist.

Meet Your Instructors: Sarah Swanson & Aly Mallon

Our Mind & Milk group is led by two caring, experienced moms and providers who understand just how big the postpartum transition can be.

Sarah Swanson

Sarah has been supporting families for nearly 20 years as a doula and licensed midwife. She loves helping parents with feeding, gentle healing practices, and finding rhythms that nurture both babies and parents.

Aly Mallon

Aly is a licensed therapist who specializes in women’s mental health and supporting couples. As a mom of four, she knows firsthand how important it is to have a safe, supportive space during the early weeks of parenting.

Together, Sarah and Aly bring a balance of postpartum care and emotional support, making sure every parent who joins Mind & Milk feels heard, understood, and cared for.
